Photography Agreement

Photographer and model agree that:

1) Photographer and model will cooperate in shooting in the following categories:

4) The above mentioned model releases the photographic images for publication by the photographer for
promotional purposes of his activities as a photographer, competitions, competitions, photography forums on the internet,
